Hydrogen chloride turbine compressor

The compressor adopts integrated overall design, integrating each pneumatic compression element, speed increment box, motor and oil lubrication system in the same common unit base, with simple appearance, compact layout and easy installation. The unit is designed for ground installation, one-story plant layout, small footprint, low plant   

construction   costs.   Compressor two-stage impeller installed in the same horizontal    arrangement of the two ends of the high-speed shaft, two-stage cylinder cantilever   arranged on both sides of the speed booster box; unit speed booster box using a level of speed, and comb sealing device together with the level of the split design; simple structure, compact model, easy and quick maintenance, and is conducive to emergency repair and reduce maintenance costs. The sealing system adopts the labyrinth labyrinth seal structure with four chambers, and uses dry nitrogen as the sealing gas, which realizes automatic adjustment of the air sealing pressure; it can not only prevent the leakage of Hydrogen chloride from contamination, but also prevent the sealing   gas from   mixing with Hydrogen chloride to reduce its purity, and prevent the Hydrogen chloride from escaping into   the gear box to cause lubricating oil deterioration; since it is a non-contact sealing,   it has small mechanical loss.
